You may be requested to provide verification for your Apple Pay transaction(s) consisting of the following:

• A PDF statement for the bank account linked to the virtual Apple Pay card ending in XXXX (this number can be located in the Apple Pay Wallet transaction history for the card by selecting the three dots in the top right corner of your device, as shown in the below screenshot.)
• Screenshot(s) of your Apple Pay Transaction History showing transactions made to Bally's and your virtual card.

Locating the Apple Pay Token for Your Card:

1. Open your Apple Pay Wallet.
2. Select the card you want to view.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
4. The Apple Pay token associated with the selected card will be displayed on your screen.
